tailored to the needs of each individual client.

Doug Martin, Chief Information Officer

Systems Management
Doug leads the Technology Division of ProScript. His team ensures our applications,
network, and database work seamlessly for our clients 24/7/365. As CIO,
Doug has been instrumental in the design and development for many of
ProScript’s newer technologies including the front-end speech
recognition system, ProVoice. He
has extensive experience in system and infrastructure design,
programming, and database integration, including more than 15 years
serving in senior management roles.

Phyllis Tate, Director of
Transcription Services

Phyllis oversees the company's large team of medical transcriptionists,
quality control specialists and team leads, and is ultimately
responsible for document quality and turnaround time. Phyllis works closely with each
client to ensure all of their document requirements are met. She brings more than 20 years of
senior leadership experience in Medical Transcription and Healthcare
Information Technology management to ProScript.

Mark consults with clients on the adoption of new transcription
technologies and integration into their environments. As a solutions sales strategist, he
understands the customer’s problems, goals, needs and issues, along
with their need for a customized transcription solution. Mark has a track record in developing
long-term and mutually beneficial business relationships with clients
and is known for building trust through win-win engagements.
